Objection: "The Narrow Way"
The Claim:
"It is arrogant to claim Jesus is the ONLY way. There are many paths up the mountain; to claim exclusivity is narrow-minded bigotry."
1. The Mathematical Audit
To claim that 1 + 1 = 2 is not "arrogant"; it is a statement of fact. Truth, by its very nature, is exclusive. If the answer to a mathematical problem is 2, then every other number—no matter how sincere or well-intentioned—is simply wrong.
Status: Exclusivity Is Logic
If we have unaligned ourselves from the Source of Life, the logical result is death. We cannot be "sort of" connected to the power grid. We are either plugged in or we are dark. Finding the only specific "plug" that matches the socket isn't bigotry; it is the only mechanical way to get the lights back on.
2. The Capability Audit
Most religions use the "Mountain" analogy—man attempting to climb up to the Source through effort, ritual, or "goodness." The Audit reveals that we are not at the bottom of a mountain; we are at the bottom of a grave.
Status: Dead Men Don't Climb
A dead man doesn't need a map or a better path; he needs a Resurrection. We cannot "climb" our way out of a logical disconnection from Existence itself. The "Narrow Way" isn't a path we walk to reach God; it is the specific mechanism by which the Source of Life reaches down to restart a dead heart.
3. The Equation Of The Substitute
The Audit established the profile of the only being capable of paying the debt: He must be Infinite (to pay an infinite debt) and Innocent (unaligned with the penalty of death).
Status: Only One Number Fits
Every other religious leader in history was a finite, imperfect human. Logically, a finite being cannot pay an infinite debt. Only Jesus Christ—the Source manifest in the flesh—fits the equation. He is the only "number" that balances the Audit of Reality.
The Audit is Closed: It is not "arrogant" to point to the only life-raft in the middle of the ocean; it is Mercy.
