Objection: "Finite Math"
The Claim:
"Even if the Substitute dies, that is only one death. There have been billions of humans, each with a lifetime of crimes. How can one death pay for billions? The math doesn't work."
1. Value vs. Quantity
We often make the mistake of counting the number of coins without checking their denomination. Logic requires us to audit the value of the currency.
Status: The Diamond Principle
If we owe a debt of 10 billion pennies, we cannot pay it with a handful of pennies. But if someone walking into the transaction possesses a single Diamond of Infinite Worth, the debt is cleared instantly. A finite human life is a penny. The life of the Eternal Source is the Diamond. One Infinite Life outweighs the sum total of all finite lives combined.
2. The Generator and the Stream
We established that the First Cause is the Source and Generator of all life.
Status: Infinite Capacity
The Creator is not equal in value to the creature; He is the origin of the creature. Because His worth is Infinite, His capacity to absorb debt is also Infinite. He does not need to die billions of times; He only needs to offer His Infinite Nature once to cover the cumulative finite debts of the many.
3. The Balanced Scale
When we factor in the absolute value of the Source, the systemic math resolves perfectly.
Status: Logic Restored
The equation is balanced:
[Infinite Moral Debt of Humanity] = [Infinite Value of the Substitute]
The death of a mere man could not satisfy the debt of even one other man. But the absorption of debt by the Author of Life is sufficient to restore the entire system.
